We currently ship within Canada only — we don't ship to the United States or internationally. We deliver to all provinces and territories, though cost and delivery time may vary for remote, rural, and northern areas.
Some products (for example, oversized or heavy items) and remote destinations may have additional charges. If so, we'll let you know before you confirm your order.
Most orders ship from our Montreal warehouse within 1–3 business days. After shipping, you can typically expect delivery within 1–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, but we'll contact you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Orders paid by Interac e-Transfer are prepared for shipment only once payment has been received.
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow it in real time. You'll also receive an automatic email when your order is out for delivery and again once it has been delivered, so you can keep an eye out for your parcel. (The "out for delivery" email depends on when the carrier reports that update, so its timing can vary.)
Package security — "Do Not Safe Drop." If parcel theft is a concern at your address, add a note to your order. On request, we can ship by Canada Post with a "Do Not Safe Drop" instruction so the parcel isn't left unattended at your door. If no one is home, you'll pick it up at your local post office instead.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or inaccurate, or because it went unclaimed or was refused, you'll be responsible for the shipping charges in both directions. Need to fix an address? Email us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to catch it before the order ships, but we can't change it once it's with the carrier.
