My Aqua Coldstream does not hold the stated volume. Is this normal?
Yes. The stated volume (6L, 9L, or 12L) refers to the capacity of the lower chamber, where the filtered water is collected. The upper chamber contains the Coldstream FTO+ filters, which take up space. As a result, it can hold less water than the total stated volume.
