Managing Your Account

How to create an account

Creating an account makes it easy to track orders, update your details, and access past purchases. You can create an account in two ways:

  • During Checkout: Simply check the box to create an account, and enter a password along with your billing details.
  • Before Shopping: Click on the “My Account” link in the top menu and select Register. Enter your email and a password to set up your account.

Once registered, you can log in at any time to manage your information and view your order history.

How to reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the User Login page via the icon in the top menu.
  2. Click on “Lost your password?”
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. You’ll receive a link by email to reset your password.

If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. For further help, feel free to contact our support team.

Updating your account information

To update your name, email, password, or addresses:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Use the tabs to navigate to Account Details or Addresses.
  3. Make any changes and click Save.
