You don't need an account to shop with us — guest checkout is always available. But logging in lets you track orders, save your addresses, and view past purchases. Best of all, our accounts are passwordless, so there's nothing to remember.

Logging in to your account

To access your account:

1. Click the Account icon at the top of our website.
2. Enter your email address.
3. We'll email you a 6-digit verification code.
4. Enter the code to log in.

A new code is sent each time you log in, so there's no password to create or reset. Your account is linked to your email address, which means orders you place are automatically saved to it.

If you don't receive your login code

If your code doesn't arrive within a few minutes:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you entered the same email address you used for your order.
• If it still hasn't arrived, contact our support team and we'll help.

Viewing your orders and updating your information

Once you're logged in, your account dashboard lets you:

• View your order history and tracking;
• Update your profile details; and
• Add or edit your saved shipping and billing addresses.

Please keep your details current so we can process your orders and reach you when needed. If you need to change the email address tied to your account, contact us and we'll help.

Keeping your account secure

• Because login codes are sent to your email, keep access to your email account secure.
• Accounts are personal — they can't be sold, shared, or transferred to anyone else.
• You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to have an account and place orders.

When you place an order or log in, you agree that we may send order confirmations, shipping updates, and other order-related communications to you by email.
