Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don't. You can check out as a guest. An account simply makes it easier to track orders, save your addresses, and reorder in the future.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy — and since our accounts are passwordless, there's no registration form or password to set up. There are two ways to get started:

  • During checkout: when you place an order, an account is automatically linked to the email address you use, so your order is saved to it.
  • Anytime: click the User Login icon at the top of our website, enter your email address, and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Enter the code and you're in.

Either way, you can then log in any time with a fresh 6-digit code to view your orders, track your shipments, and manage your details.

How do I log in?

Do I need to create or remember a password?

No, our accounts are passwordless. Instead of a password, you log in with a one-time 6-digit code that we email you each time. There's nothing to set up or reset.

I didn't receive my login code. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder and give it a few minutes. Make sure you used the same email address as your order. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at info@aquahealthproducts.com and we'll help you sort it out.

How do I view my past orders or track a shipment?

Log in to your account and open your dashboard to see your order history and tracking information.

How do I update my saved address or profile details?

Log in, open your account dashboard, edit your profile or addresses, and save. If you change your email address, you may be asked to verify your new email address. If you accidentally created more than one account using different email addresses, contact us at info@aquahealthproducts.com and we'll help review whether the customer profiles can be merged so your order history stays together.

Is my account information secure?

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Since your login codes are sent to your email, keeping your email account secure is the best way to protect your account.

Can I transfer my account to someone else?

No, accounts are personal and can't be sold, shared, or transferred, as set out in our Terms of Service.

How do I delete my account or request my data?
